Cyberoam iView Installation

Use WIN7 instead of WIN2012R2 or WIN8.1
Minimum free disk space is 30GB
1. Install iView
-Welcome to the iView Setup Wizard
click Next
-License Agreement
click I accept the agreement
click Next
-Select Destination Location
click Next
-iView Login Information
Password:
Reenter Password:
Administrator Email Address:
click Next
-Select PostgresSQL Directory
click Next
-Select Logs Directory
click Next
-Select Start Menu Folder
iView
click Next
-Ready to Install
click Install

Open http://localhost:8000 or https://localhost:8443 in your browser

2. Allow inbound port 514 UDP in Windows Firewall
-Open Windows Firewall by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search (or if you’re using a mouse, pointing to the upper-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer down, and then clicking Search), enter firewall in the search box, and then tapping or clicking Windows Firewall.
-Tap or click Advanced settings.
-In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security dialogue box, in the left pane, tap or click Inbound Rules, then, in the right pane, tap or click New Rule.
Rule Type: Port
Protocol and Ports: UDP, Specific local ports: 514
Action: Allow the connection
Profile: Domain, Private
Name: Syslog

3. Create iView firewall rule
-In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security dialogue box, in the left pane, tap or click Inbound Rules, then, in the right pane, tap or click New Rule.
Rule Type: Port

Protocol and Ports: TCP, Specific local ports: 8000,8443
Action: Allow the connection
Profile: Domain, Private
Name: iView

4. Enable other firewall rule
Enable File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request-ICMPv4-In) (Echo Request-ICMPv6-In)
Enable SNMP Trap Service (UDP In)
