To get configuration output

Cisco:
#show tech-support
Putty
change settings — logging
select printable output only
on the file name box choice the filename you want to give to the file
SecureCRT:
file ->log session open a file dialog box where you can choice name and dir
Telnet:
>telnet -f showtech-support.txt 10.10.10.10
TFTP

#show tech-support | redirect tftp://1.2.3.4/showtech-support.txt

FortiNet
#diagnose debug report

HP
#show tech

Juniper
>request support information

Mikrotik
[admin@MikroTik] > system sup-output
get the file using Winbox/Files/supout.rif
read that file by
1. log into your mikrotik.com account
2. click “supout.rif reader”
